12-Year-Old Daughter of Rohit Pawar's Aide Found Dead in Baramati

The 12-year-old daughter of NCP (SP) MLA Rohit Pawar's personal assistant, Ajit Dashavatare, was found dead in Baramati, Pune district, on August 23, 2026. The body was discovered in the Sainagar area of Rui village near the family's residence. Reports state the girl had left her home on Saturday following a minor disagreement with her mother. Her family had filed a missing person complaint prior to the discovery of her body on Sunday morning. Police have sent the body to the Baramati Government Medical College and Hospital for a post-mortem examination and are investigating the incident from all angles.
