2027 Renault Kwid Facelift Spied Undisguised During Testing in Brazil

Renault has been spotted testing the undisguised 2027 Kwid facelift in Brazil ahead of its global debut. The refreshed entry-level hatchback features exterior updates inspired by the Kwid E-Tech electric vehicle, including a rectangular enclosed grille and a redesigned front bumper with silver highlights. Inside, the cabin receives a new TFT instrument display paired with a free-standing touchscreen and revised Y-shaped air-conditioning vents. Mechanical changes are expected to be minimal, with the vehicle retaining its 1.0-litre, three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine producing around 70 bhp in international markets. While the spotted model is configured for Brazil, these styling and technology upgrades are expected to reach India, where the Kwid currently retails between ₹4.5 lakh and ₹5.6 lakh ex-showroom.
