At least 27 people were killed and 42 others injured following an overnight Russian drone strike in the Bucha district of the Kyiv region. Governor Tymur Tkachenko confirmed that 381 residents were evacuated as emergency teams continued search and rescue operations on Saturday. A separate attack in the Boryspil district resulted in the death of a 14-year-old, bringing the total casualty count higher. President Volodymyr Zelensky reported additional strikes across Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia, noting that over 300 emergency responders were deployed to the affected areas. While the Ukrainian military stated it intercepted 233 Russian unmanned aerial vehicles, Moscow also reported Ukrainian strikes in the Belgorod and Rostov regions.
