7 Killed, 8 Injured in Bus-Auto Collision in Andhra Pradesh

A private bus traveling from Vijayawada to Tirupati collided with an auto-rickshaw near Adda Road in the Palnadu district of Andhra Pradesh on Thursday. The collision resulted in the deaths of seven passengers, all of whom were residents of Veluru village. Eight other individuals, including four children, sustained injuries and are currently receiving treatment at the Guntur government general hospital. The victims were reportedly returning to their village after attending a birthday celebration in a neighboring district. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has expressed his condolences and directed officials to ensure the injured receive necessary medical care.
