Actor Saif Ali Khan has leased two commercial units in Mumbai's Andheri East to Durva Fintech Private Limited for an annual rent of Rs 2.73 crore. According to property registration documents accessed via CRE Matrix, the five-year leave and licence agreement was registered on September 29, 2026, covering the period from May 10, 2026, to May 9, 2031. The units span a combined RERA carpet area of 5,692 square feet on a higher floor of Kanakia Wall Street on Andheri Kurla Road. The deal entails a monthly rent of Rs 22.76,800, which translates to approximately Rs 400 per square foot, alongside a security deposit of Rs 2.36 crore. The agreement includes an annual rent escalation of 5 percent, bringing the total lease value over the 60 months to more than Rs 14 crore excluding GST. Records show Khan originally acquired the two commercial properties in November 2025 for a combined value of Rs 30.75 crore.
