Gautam Adani's Adani Energy Solutions Ltd has secured a transmission project in Maharashtra valued at Rs 4,700 crore. The infrastructure project is designed to evacuate up to 4.5 gigawatts of pumped storage potential and strengthen the inter-regional power corridor between Western and Southern grids. The development includes establishing a 765/400 kV substation in Satara and a double-circuit transmission line connecting Kolhapur and Satara. Following the announcement, company shares saw strong buying interest on the National Stock Exchange.
