Adobe Brings Over 70 Creative Tools to Slack Integration
· Technology · Engadget, The Futurum Group
Adobe has launched a new integration with Slack that brings more than 70 tools from its popular creative and productivity suites directly into the communication platform. Users can access features from Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Acrobat, Express, InDesign, Stock, Lightroom, and Adobe Firefly without leaving Slack. The integration is available now for Slack Business+ and Enterprise+ customers across web, mobile, and desktop versions. Users can message Slackbot with a task, and the chatbot will automatically utilize relevant Adobe tools by drawing on content from Slack channels, Canvases, and Adobe Creative Cloud assets. While an Adobe account is not required for basic use, having one unlocks full access to the suite's capabilities.
Why it matters
Designers, marketers, and enterprise teams using Slack can now execute complex creative workflows and bulk image edits directly inside their communication channels.
