Indian Railways will launch the new Ahmedabad-Bhagalpur Amrit Bharat Express on August 26, 2026, to improve connectivity between Gujarat and Bihar. The weekly train service will replace the existing Ahmedabad-Patna Clone Special and cover the journey in approximately 36 hours and 10 minutes. It will operate at speeds between 110 and 130 kmph, featuring general unreserved and sleeper class coaches. Ticket bookings for the service open on August 21 through the IRCTC website and at railway counters.
