AIBE 2026 Registration Opens, Exam on November 29

The Bar Council of India has started online registration for the All India Bar Examination II (AIBE XXII) on 19 August 2026. Applications are accepted until 27 October, with the last fee payment on 28 October and a correction period that closes on 30 October. Candidates must submit their details, upload required documents and pay the fee through the portal aibe.digivarsity.online. Admit cards will be released on 14 November and the exam will be conducted on 29 November 2026 at selected centres across the country.
Why it matters
Passing the AIBE is mandatory for law graduates to obtain a certificate that allows them to enroll as advocates and practice law in India.
