Union Home Minister Amit Shah will chair the two-day South Zone Chief Ministers' Conference in Mamallapuram starting Thursday. The meeting comes as Tamil Nadu political parties push resolutions opposing Karnataka's plans to construct a reservoir across the Cauvery.
