Andhra Pradesh Partners with UK for Amaravati Infrastructure

The Andhra Pradesh government has signed an agreement with the UK’s Department for Business and Trade to support urban and rural infrastructure development. Minister P Narayana stated that the collaboration aims to improve essential services across 123 municipalities, including Amaravati. The state is also exploring financial assistance through UK Export Finance to fund these projects. This move follows previous partnerships with Singapore, which had supported the capital city's development before withdrawing in 2019.
