Andhra Pradesh pitches investment to Maharashtra firms at Mumbai roadshow

Andhra Pradesh Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Kondapalli Srinivas highlighted the state's natural resources, infrastructure, and investor-friendly policies at an investment roadshow in Mumbai on Wednesday. The event, organised jointly by the Andhra Pradesh government and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), aimed to attract investments from Maharashtra-based companies. Srinivas specified opportunities in sectors including banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), fintech, textiles, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, ports, logistics, food processing, FMCG, global capability centres, data centres, and renewable energy. He stated the roadshow was part of the state's comprehensive strategy to facilitate investments ahead of the CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam on November 12 and 13, 2026. The minister asserted that proactive government measures had created a conducive environment for industrial growth in Andhra Pradesh.
