The Andhra Pradesh School Education Department has issued a notification for a special Teacher Eligibility Test directed at in-service teachers appointed before 2011, following Supreme Court directives. Online applications and fee payments are open from August 25 to September 24, 2026, on the official department website. The computer-based examinations will take place from October 11 to 21 across morning and afternoon sessions. The initial answer key will be released on October 24, with final results scheduled for publication on November 15. The department has also established a help desk in Vijayawada to assist candidates with application queries.
