TypeSafe AI, the startup behind the viral artificial intelligence model Jev, has raised about $870 million in a financing round led by Andreessen Horowitz at a $7.5 billion valuation. The funding deal came together just weeks after the Jev launch video went viral, sparking a surge of interest from developers, chief executives, and investors. According to the startup, Jev surpassed one million users within a matter of days after its release. Co-founder Diogo Almeida noted that the model is now utilised by approximately a third of Fortune 500 companies, though the startup declined to name specific corporate clients.
