Dinesh Thakkar, founder chairman and managing director of Angel One, purchased an entire 63,000-sq-ft tower at Embassy Terrazza in Juhu for Rs 711 crore. Embassy Developments called it India's largest single residential unit transaction. The tower, named 'Angelus' by Thakkar, has a ground-plus-seven-storey structure with RERA carpet area of 63,000 sft. The project is on Juhu Tara Road and includes sea and city views, landscaped gardens, and wellness amenities. Embassy Terrazza spans over two acres with about 50 residences across five towers and has an estimated GDV of over Rs 3,000 crore.
