Anshul Kamboj Moves More Than Other Bowlers in New Zealand ODI
· Sports · Indian Express
Anshul Kamboj impressed with relentless accuracy and movement in his second ODI against New Zealand in Auckland. Former cricketer Irfan Pathan called him the biggest positive for consistently bowling in the right areas and generating swing. Kamboj won the player of the match after taking key wickets including Mitchell Santner. His wobble seam and yorker skills helped restrict New Zealand despite windy conditions. The performance suggests strong future potential for the young Indian seamer.
Why it matters
Kamboj's performance boosts his credibility in India's fast bowling attack and could secure his place in future international fixtures.
