Anthropic has updated its AI assistant Claude to remember conversations across both chat and Claude Cowork features. The change eliminates the need to re-explain details when switching between research and action modes. Users can now view, edit, or delete Claude's retained memories through a new interface. The update applies to Free, Pro, and Max plans on web, desktop, and mobile platforms after app updates.
