A demonstration video discovered in the macOS Tahoe 26.7 release candidate shows the device using Visual Intelligence to identify and save information about the wearer's surroundings. The system includes a feature that alerts users if their hair is obstructing the camera to ensure accurate data capture. Siri will integrate with these cameras to answer questions and log environmental details for the user. These AirPods may be unveiled alongside the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the foldable iPhone Ultra at an upcoming event.
