Apple has detailed the intricate 10-layer structure of the iPhone Duo’s folding screen, designed to withstand wear and tear. The screen includes a nano-textured polymer cover, high-strength glass, and a titanium plate to enhance durability. Custom adhesives allow layers to glide smoothly, reducing bend stress, while a scratch-resistant coating protects the nano-texture layer. Both displays support ProMotion, Always-On, and True Tone, with peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The outer display uses Ceramic Shield 2, while the inner display features the custom polymer cover.
