Apple's upcoming foldable iPhone Ultra has impressed early testers with its durable hinge and iPad-like app layouts, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. The device is expected to feature a 7.8-inch inner display and a 5.5-inch outer screen, adopting a book-style design similar to the Samsung Z Fold 8. However, the phone reportedly lacks a telephoto lens, relying on a dual-lens system with a 48-megapixel main camera. To maintain a slim 4.5mm profile, Apple has opted for side-button Touch ID over in-display Face ID. The device is slated for a potential September 9 launch alongside the iPhone 18 Pro series, with starting prices estimated between $2,000 and $2,500.
