Jammu and Kashmir Police are investigating an Army officer's wife for allegedly collecting and sharing sensitive information with foreign intelligence operatives, including those linked to China. The case was registered at the Gandhi Nagar Police Station under the Official Secrets Act and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. While the accused is currently under scrutiny, preliminary inquiries have not established that any sensitive information was actually leaked. In a separate case, Andhra Pradesh police arrested a naval staffer and a civilian contract driver for allegedly spying for Pakistan.
