Art Director's Son Arrested After Fatal Hit-and-Run in Hyderabad

Sandeep, the son of a prominent art director, has been taken into custody by Hyderabad police following a fatal hit-and-run accident on the Outer Ring Road. The incident occurred on August 31 when Sandeep’s SUV struck a vehicle driven by Zaid Quadri, who had stopped to assist a daily wager named Nandu Lal. Lal, who had been hit by a separate unidentified vehicle earlier, died on the spot, while Quadri sustained serious injuries. Police identified the vehicle involved in the second collision via a broken bumper and have seized the SUV. Authorities are still searching for the driver of the first vehicle involved in the initial accident.
