Atomberg Technologies Files For IPO To Repay Debt And Expand

Consumer appliance maker Atomberg Technologies has filed draft papers for an initial public offering to raise capital through a fresh issue of shares worth up to 4.5 billion rupees. The company also plans an offer for sale of up to 76.5 million shares from existing investors, including A91 Emerging Fund I LLP and Jungle Ventures IV. Proceeds from the IPO are earmarked for debt repayment, brand-building, and research and development activities. As of March 31, 2026, the company operates a network of 626 distributors and 47,000 retail touchpoints across India. Its revenue from operations reached 12.94 billion rupees in fiscal 2026, up from 7.97 billion rupees in fiscal 2024.
Why it matters
The IPO will allow Atomberg to deleverage its balance sheet and scale operations in the competitive Indian consumer appliances market, which is increasingly shifting toward energy-efficient products.
