Augmont Enterprises Raises ₹246.29 Cr from Anchors Ahead of IPO Opening

Augmont Enterprises secured ₹246.29 crore from 14 anchor investors before its IPO opens on Friday, allocating 31.25 lakh equity shares at the top of its price band of ₹750–₹788. The company’s fresh issue of ₹620 cr and an offer for sale of ₹205 cr aim to raise a total of ₹825 cr for working‑capital needs, inventory expansion and general corporate purposes. Anchor allotments include 13.83 lakh shares to four domestic mutual‑fund schemes, 1.27 lakh shares to a life‑insurance company, and the remaining shares to other institutional investors. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalized on Thursday, 27 August, with refunds likely to start on Friday, 28 August.
