Ayush Badoni scored his third double century in First Class cricket during the Ranji Trophy 2026-27 match between Delhi and Gujarat at the Palam ‘B’ ground on Monday. He reached his double ton off just 233 deliveries with the help of 20 fours and two sixes, taking Delhi past the 500-run mark in the first innings. Badoni scored 217 off 246 balls, surpassing his previous highest score of 205 not out. Despite reaching the milestone, he did not celebrate much and continued to grind without losing much focus. Badoni was involved in a mammoth 234-run partnership for the fourth wicket with Priyansh Arya. The opening batter, however, was unlucky as he fell just one run short of his double ton on Sunday.
