Beer Bar Operator Shot Dead in Pune's Shirur Over Past Dispute

Harish Gangawane, a 33-year-old beer bar operator, was shot dead in Shirur, Pune district, on Friday morning. Police identified the suspects as Rohit Sonawane, Aniket Gavhane, and Aditya Pawar, citing a previous altercation over bar payments as the motive. The suspects allegedly confronted the victim on Thursday night before attacking him with country-made pistols while he was riding a motorcycle on Friday. Gangawane was pronounced dead at a hospital, while his friend, who was riding pillion, escaped without injury. Investigators are currently using CCTV footage from the area to track the movements of the accused.
