Naman Pushp, a 21-year-old founder based in Bengaluru, has secured $37 million in Series A funding for his aerospace startup, Airbound. The company, which focuses on drone logistics, has now raised a total of nearly $50 million. Pushp began the project as a teenager during the 2020 pandemic lockdowns, initially building drones out of boredom. He eventually declined an offer from Carnegie Mellon University to focus on his startup full-time. The latest funding round was led by Greenoaks.
