Bharat Is Not A Geography, It Is Responsibility: CDS General Subramani At IIT Roorkee

Chief of Defence Staff General NS Raja Subramani addressed graduating students at IIT Roorkee's two-day convocation, where 2,701 students were awarded degrees. Speaking as the guest of honour, he introduced the acronym DHARA to describe the rapidly changing global landscape, standing for Disruptive, Hyperconnectedness, Asymmetry, Realignment and Autonomy. He told young technologists that increasing systemic interdependence brings vulnerabilities, urging them to build resilient technologies. National Security Advisor Ajit Doval also attended the ceremony as the chief guest.
