The death toll in the methanol-laced liquor tragedy in Bhavnagar has reached 11 after three more men succumbed during treatment on Saturday. Two of the victims were admitted to Sir Takhtasinhji General Hospital in Bhavnagar, while the third died at a hospital in Surat. The victims identified on Saturday include Hardik Haresh Kilji, Avinash Kanti Parmar, and Sanjay Lakshman Dodiya. The toxic concoction has affected people across at least three talukas after perpetrators manufactured 25 cartons and distributed 300 bottles to unwitting victims. The Bhavnagar District administration formally declared the names of the latest casualties as medical treatment continues for affected individuals.
