Bihar Board Extends Registration Deadline for 2028 Matric and Intermediate Exams
· India · Indian Express, NDTV
The Bihar School Examination Board has extended the registration deadline for students appearing in the Matric and Intermediate annual examinations in 2028. The application window, previously set to close on October 10, is now open until October 24, 2026. Educational institutions can register left-out students using their user IDs on official portals such as intermediate.biharboardonline.com and secondary.biharboardonline.org. The extension applies to eligible Class 9 and Class 11 students whose registrations were pending.
Why it matters
The extension gives schools across Bihar additional time to complete mandatory board registration formalities, preventing eligible students from missing their exam eligibility.
