RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav accused the CM of violating the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act by revealing the victim's identity. Misa Bharti, RJD MP, also demanded an FIR against the CM for the same reason. The Bihar Police were reportedly booking individuals who uploaded videos of the molestation for privacy violations.
