· India · Scroll.in, The Hindu, NDTV
Campaigning has concluded for high-stakes bypolls across three states and one union territory in India. In Nandigram, the BJP is positioning itself for a sweep amid allegations of reliance on local police and Trinamool Congress turncoats. Suvendu Adhikari has adopted a dual political tone during the final stretch of campaigning in the constituency. Local authorities have stepped up security arrangements across the polling zones as voting day approaches.
