Booking.com Launches AI Travel Agent Lola with Subscription Tiers

Booking.com has introduced Lola, a new AI travel agent that offers personalized recommendations, live availability and pricing, direct booking, and preferred rates. The service is free to use but requires a subscription for premium features: the Plus plan costs $5 per month and the VIP plan costs $25 per month, both with 12-month commitments. Lola can reserve hotels, restaurants, events, activities, or entire trips and works with partners including ResX, CLEAR, BLADE, Aero, SeatGeek, GetYourGuide, Nuitee, Ten Group, and Booking.com's own brands such as OpenTable, KAYAK, Priceline, Agoda, and FareHarbor. The app understands natural language, asks follow-up questions, and learns from users to improve recommendations over time.
