Prime Minister Narendra Modi is hosting leaders and officials from 32 countries for the BRICS Leaders’ Summit in New Delhi on September 12 and 13. The summit agenda includes the formalization of a BRICS Incubator Network, a Startup Innovation Fund, and a voluntary Logistics Supply-Chain Cooperation Framework. These initiatives aim to connect national nodal agencies and facilitate cross-border startup linkages through a unified digital interface. The meetings will be attended by heads of state from China, Russia, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, South Africa, and Ethiopia, alongside representatives from partner countries and global agencies. Brazil will be represented by Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira, as President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is not attending.
