Brigade Enterprises Targets ₹9,000 Crore Pre-sales Growth in FY27
· Business · LiveMint, Bloomberg, Economic Times
Bengaluru-based developer Brigade Enterprises has reaffirmed its goal to achieve 20% growth in pre-sales, targeting ₹9,000 crore for FY27. The company plans to launch residential projects spanning 12 million square feet over the next year, with a gross development value of ₹13,400 crore. This follows a challenging first quarter in FY27 where pre-sales declined 5% year-on-year to ₹1,061 crore, with no new project launches during the period. To support future growth, the developer is also scaling its annuity business with a planned capital expenditure of ₹6,000 crore over the next four to five years. The firm recently invested ₹2,400 crore to acquire 2.7 million square feet of land, primarily in Hyderabad, to diversify its geographic footprint.
Why it matters
The company's ability to meet its ambitious sales targets and rental growth goals will determine its market recovery and investor confidence after a sluggish start to the fiscal year.
