CD Projekt Red Aims for 2028 Release of The Witcher 4

CD Projekt Red (CDPR) joint-CEO Michał Nowakowski announced the company is targeting a 2028 release for The Witcher 4, calling it their most ambitious game to date. The sequel, first announced in 2022, will not be showcased at Gamescom 2026. CDPR will instead focus on promoting The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Songs of the Past expansion, due in 2027.
