The feature works by uploading a clothing link or outfit photo and asking for similar products, then visualizing them on the user. Users can save liked items to Favorites or folders and reuse reference photos for future try-ons. The tool produces more natural lighting and richer textures compared to earlier models, aiming for realistic results. This update follows OpenAI’s pivot away from its Instant Checkout feature earlier in 2024. The functionality is currently available in Canada on mobile and web, with likely broader rollout in the US.
