Chris Sutton Launches Premier League Prediction Contest With Liam Fray Against AI

Chris Sutton is running his weekly Premier League predictions for all 380 matches, competing against Microsoft’s CoPilot AI, BBC readers and guest participants. Last season CoPilot topped the BBC predictions league, and Sutton finished second after a final‑day defeat. For the opening round Sutton has invited Courteners frontman Liam Fray as a guest predictor. Fray, a Manchester United supporter, praised new manager Michael Carrick and said United could finish “up there” even if they are not title contenders. In the competition a correct win/draw/loss prediction scores 10 points and an exact scoreline scores 40 points.
