CJP Founder Abhijeet Dipke Arrested Under Preventive Provisions

Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke was arrested by Delhi Police on October 16 under preventive provisions ahead of planned protests in New Delhi. Police stated the detention followed his failure to comply with notices prohibiting him from visiting Central Park in Connaught Place. Authorities also alleged he violated conditions of a peace bond from a previous arrest. AISA president Neha Bora was also detained but later released under the Delhi Police Act. The party has questioned the grounds for the arrest and claimed they lost contact with Dipke.
