Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke shared an emotional social media post about his mother breaking down in tears as he left home for protests in Delhi and Bengaluru. The demonstrations target the Election Commission over alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. Dipke travelled to Bengaluru to attend the People's Tribunal on SIR and hold a chappal protest at Freedom Park. He is also scheduled to hold a protest in Delhi on October 10 to demand the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Dipke stated that his mother's fears reflect the deep anxiety felt by families of activists taking to the streets.
