Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that the state's population is a demographic dividend rather than a challenge. Speaking in Lucknow, he noted that the state's young workforce offers significant potential for growth. During the event, he distributed over ₹3.42 crore in incentives to 107 startups and ₹1.79 crore to nine incubators. He also launched the Uttar Pradesh Startup Mission portal and the state's 2026 startup policy booklet.
