Actor Ayushmann Khurrana appeared on a bonus episode of Samay Raina's YouTube roast show India's Got Latent Season 2 to promote his upcoming film Udta Teer. During the show, Khurrana described the film's plot as a patriotic comedy where his character is a Pakistani spy who loses his memory and becomes an Indian patriot. YouTuber Aditya Kulshreshth, known as Kullu, joked that the character was based on singer-composer Adnan Sami. Sami began his career in Pakistan before moving to India and receiving Indian citizenship from the President of India on January 1, 2016. The episode also featured appearances by stand-up comedian Rajat Sood, mentalist Suhani Shah, and Alia Bhatt.
