DDA Sells Out All 1-BHK Flats Under Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026

The Delhi Development Authority sold its entire inventory of 1-BHK flats on the first day of the Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 scheme. Launched on Independence Day, the initiative offers 1,218 ready-to-move flats in Narela at a 25 per cent discount. A total of 661 units across all categories were booked on Saturday through the First Come, First Serve mode. The scheme targets government employees and working professionals, with prices starting at Rs 33.40 lakh for 1-BHK units. The flats are offered on a freehold basis with no restrictions on existing property ownership.
