· World · LiveMint, NDTV, Bloomberg

Nepal police confirmed the updated casualty figures, while nearly 300 foreign nationals, including travelers from India, Malaysia, the UK, the US, and Australia, remain missing. The US Geological Survey attributed the disaster to a glacial collapse and debris flow in the mountainous Rasuwa district.
