Delhi and Noida Airports Prepare for BRICS Summit Traffic

Authorities have implemented a multi-airport strategy to manage the arrival of approximately 35 special aircraft for the upcoming BRICS summit in Delhi. Officials have reserved parking bays at the Palam Air Force station, Delhi airport, and Noida International Airport to accommodate delegations and heads of state from 12 countries. The first wave of special flights began arriving on September 4, with peak traffic expected on September 11. Multiple agencies, including the Indian Air Force, the Ministry of External Affairs, and the Delhi Police, are coordinating the logistics for the event. The summit will see the arrival of leaders from nations including Russia, Iran, Egypt, and China.
