Delhi Crosses 1,700 H1N1 Cases As Health Ministry Issues Alert

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has urged citizens to recognise H1N1 swine flu symptoms early and seek timely medical advice. In New Delhi, total influenza A cases have reached 2,392 this year, which includes 1,777 confirmed H1N1 infections. Union Health Minister JP Nadda reviewed Delhi's preparedness for influenza and vector-borne diseases on Friday. The health ministry listed symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, headache, body aches, fatigue, lethargy, and gastrointestinal issues. Authorities advised the public to maintain hand hygiene, stay home when sick, and wear masks in crowded indoor settings.
