Justice Manoj Jain will also address applications from the former Delhi chief minister and his deputy, who are seeking the dismissal of the CBI's revision petition. Kejriwal and Sisodia have argued that the agency's plea was filed with undue haste and lacks specific evidence against them. The trial court had originally discharged the accused on February 27, ruling that the prosecution's case was unable to survive judicial scrutiny. The CBI maintains that the discharge order was legally flawed and based on a selective interpretation of the evidence.
