Delhi Man and Friend Arrested for Murder of Son

A 64-year-old man, Talukdar Ansari, and his friend, Md Wasim, have been arrested for the murder of Ansari's 38-year-old son, Gul Hasan, in Delhi. Police recovered the victim's body from an abandoned container in the Kalindi Kunj area on August 23. Investigators stated that the victim was lured to the location under the guise of a doctor's visit before being struck with a stone and strangled with a rope. DCP (Southeast) Vineet Kumar indicated that the crime may be linked to the victim's struggle with schizophrenia, though the full motive remains under investigation.
