The Delhi Traffic Police has implemented special traffic arrangements near Rajghat and Vijay Ghat on October 2, 2026. Additionally, the city is managing traffic flow challenges following the recent opening of the Barapullah Phase-III corridor, which has experienced significant gridlock. Commuters reported delays of up to an hour and queues stretching 3-4 km on the new route, which the police attributed to a bottleneck where seven lanes converge into three.
