Delhi Traffic Police Warns of Snarls Near Connaught Place Today

The Delhi Traffic Police announced that 21 roads around Connaught Place, including Sansad Marg and Janpath, will face traffic disruptions from 3 pm onward. The advisory was issued ahead of a proposed protest by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) at Central Park. A prohibitory order under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita is already in force in the area. Central Park will remain closed to the public on Friday and Saturday, and over 6,000 police officers are expected to be deployed.
